Built from scratch — again
I started my first food business in high school, selling ice cream pies out of my kitchen. I learned that if you make something genuinely delicious and price it right, people come back.
Forged Sausage Co. is the next chapter. I wanted to create something that didn't exist — pasture-raised sausages with bold, global flavors, made with the kind of care and transparency you can taste. Every link is kosher certified, because quality isn't just about the ingredients — it's about the entire process.
I cook with Thai chili peppers at home. I grew up keeping kosher. I believe everyone deserves incredible food at an honest price. That's what we're forging here.
